Villa Splendid is rented to adults only - kids from 12 years on are welcome

The house is situated on a over 15,000sqft big lot and offers a spacious Lanai and pool area, which is south facing. You can enjoy the Florida sun the whole day on one of the 6 comfortable sun loungers. The pool is electrical heated and offers a separate whirlpool/spa and a low water zone to put your feet in the cool water while taking sun. High quality outdoor kitchen with grill, extractor hood and sink - the perfect place to prepare the perfect, juicy US steak.

The house welcomes you with 5m high, ascending walls that create a light-flooded and bright ambience. The bright, modern kitchen is equipped with everything you could wish for. Enjoy the breathtaking view over the pool area and the broad canal while enjoying your breakfast coffee on the kitchen counter. Don't forget to bring your favorite Nespresso capsules from home, there's a Nespresso coffee machine available for you.

All 3 bedrooms have a kingsize bed. The mastersuite has direct access to the pool area and an en-suite masterbath, which offers a designer bath tub and a huge walk-in shower. The second bathroom offers a shower/WC.

Boatdock and lift are available. We recommend to rent a boat for a few days to explore the offshore islands like Sanibel or Captiva. Walk on snow white endless beaches and have lunch in one of the many Caribbean restaurants where you can dock your boat. You will love it!
