  • Dit 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers onlangs gerenoveerde huis ligt op een van de meest uitgestrekte zout water meer kanalen in Cape Coral. Oostelijke tentoonstelling biedt verbazingwekkende zonsopkomsten boven het meer, terwijl u uw tijd in het zwembad overschaduwt vanaf het heetste deel van de late namiddagen. Weinig huizen in Cape Coral bieden deze geweldige en ontspannende uitzichten. Groot dokgebied met een hut voor drankjes en maaltijden in de middag. U bent van harte welkom om uw boot mee te nemen en vast te binden aan een van de vele aanmeeropties tijdens uw verblijf. We bieden ook gratis parkeerplaatsen aan op onze parkeerplaats naast het huis. Accommodaties zijn voor 6 volwassenen / kinderen. Als u ruimte nodig heeft voor nog twee kinderen, kunt u voor een klein bedrag hoogwaardige luchtbedden krijgen. De keuken bevat nieuwe toestellen in 2019 en het is uitgerust met alle kookgerei dat vereist is door de meest bijzondere koks. Het huis is onberispelijk en wekelijks schoongemaakt volgens de hoogste normen. Alle vloeren zijn tegels of hardhout.

    De eigenaar kan tegen extra kosten bootexcursies naar de stranden en lokale restaurants regelen. Vertrek vanuit je steiger voor een dag plezier om dolfijnen te zoeken, rond te varen of naar geweldige restaurants aan het water te gaan!

    De eigenaar kan ook golfbanen aanbevelen die binnen 5-10 minuten rijden beschikbaar zijn. Er zijn honderden holes te spelen binnen een paar mijl van ons huis.

    Dit huis biedt een kijkje in de geneugten van een typische levensstijl aan het water in Florida.
    Gelegen in een van de beste kavels in Cape Coral in een gebied van uitzonderlijke natuurlijke schoonheid, omringd door palmbomen. Laat u inspireren door adembenemende, onbelemmerde zon boven het water die rechtstreeks vanuit uw Lanai opkomt, het zwembad is gelegen om te profiteren van het SPECTACULAIRE MEER VOORZICHT Golftoegang, geen bruggen. Very nice place . Kitchen have everything you need. Very comfortable beds. Nice pool. Very nice few. And friendly neighborhood. We had a very nice time. The host was very prompt and responded right away.

Pictures are accurate of the house. It is one of the most well stocked VRBO's that I have booked. The kitchen had everything possible you could need (except for a blender) but luckily we had our own to make margaritas. Plenty of towels for the pool as well. Neighborhood is quiet and the backyard view of the lake is great. All in all our visit was what we came for "a relaxing weekend".

Came down to see my parents. Home was close to there house so worked out perfect for us. Between the pool and the dock it was a very relaxing time. Just not long enough of a stay. House was very clean and comfortable. I will stay there again.

Tranquility!!

Was very pleased with this booking! The house was very clean and the pool was great! Husband loved fishing off the dock, caught a baby tarpon. Well equipped kitchen, can’t wait to return for another week of paradise. Owner was fast responding with a few questions we had.

Great place

Great place to stay. They had all the little things that are missing in a lot of VRBO homes like soaps, kitchen towels more than one bath towel, baggies, even coffee and a couple bottles of wine! The pool was perfect and the fish were biting. Neighborhood was very quiet. We met the one neighbor and he was super nice! We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Prooerty

This property is exactly what you're looking for. Even better than advertised which usually isn't the case. We had such a nice time swimming, grilling and barbecuing by the pool. The view is second to none! You know you had fun when you really don't want to leave. We will certainly rent here again on our next trip.

Cape Coral Delight

We enjoyed the house very much even though there was some repair work going on at various times as a result of the recent hurricane. The house was well equipped for cooking and just vegging out by the pool. The mullet entertained us each day with their acrobatic leaps in the canal.

A beautiful property

I would give this property more than 5 stars if I could. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay perfect in every way. You won't find anything here that isn't done right, from the location on the canal to the pool and deck, the fully equipped kitchen, the large comfortable rooms, the bathrooms and showers, etc. They must have a great cleaning crew as everything is squeaky clean, believe me, I'm picky. You would never guess this is a rental unit, there are none of the usual signs of rental fatigue. The owner is 100% engaged whenever you need him. We will be back!

Peaceful stay

We stayed at this property end of May 2023. The area was generally quiet and peaceful, though a few days there was some construction noise from across the lake. We knew the area is still experiencing a lot of development, but it wasn't constant and wasn't occurring daily. The home was very clean and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials - much better than some other properties. The bed and furniture were comfortable. The dock was a bit smaller than expected - the dock with the fishing lights along the landscaped lot belongs to the adjacent property. The 4 chairs on the dock are bolted and strapped down facing inward, so we used our own folding chairs for fishing. There were a number of mosquitoes & no-see-ums in the dock area when the wind was calm, so dress/prepare accordingly. There is also only low-level lighting in the evening. The fishing from the dock was hit and miss - mostly catfish (including topsail catfish - beware) and skates, but also some black drum, mangrove snapper, and a mojarra. No luck with any of the larger game fish in the area, but that's fishing... We had a minor issue with the RO (water) system, but the owner was responsive and the issue was quickly corrected even though it occurred on a holiday. I didn't realize, though it was noted upon further review the garage was unavailable for use. Overall it was a pleasant stay and a nice home.

Fantastic experience

I rented the property for my family and friends to stay in order to celebrate my son's life after his passing. The property and location were absolutely perfect in proximity to my home and convenient. I appreciate the attention to detail and hope my family left the property in a great condition just as we received it when we entered the house.

The fellas fishing trip

The property was beautiful. We didn't get to do much fishing because of the weather, but the house kept us entertained, so we still enjoyed our stay.
