My experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. The first room I was given reeked of urine throughout the entire space, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. I actually left the room cleaner than when I arrivedโthere was visible grime on the remotes, and the bathroom appeared neglected, with mildew in the shower.
When I went to the front desk to request a new room and explained the odor issue, staff didnโt apologize or even acknowledge the concern. They simply handed me a new room key without any courtesy or concern.
Unfortunately, the second room wasnโt much better. While it didnโt smell like urine, it was still far from clean. The shower was filthy, the sink was missing a stopper, the couches looked dirty, and the lamps had noticeable rust and grime. We also found old, crusty towels stuffed above a shelving unit near the door, which was extremely unsettling.
Overall, the hotel felt unsanitary and poorly maintained. I would not recommend staying here, as the conditions raise serious concerns about cleanliness and basic hospitality.
