- Unmade beds. Bed linen and towels folded at the bottom of each bed

The lessee undertakes to be covered by civil liability insurance for himself and the people to whom he gives access to the accommodation and its equipment.

Deposit 1500€, collected on arrival in the form of a check, returned within 14 days if no damage is noted and the house is returned in the expected condition.
No access for people with reduced mobility
Fires and barbecues are prohibited. (provision of an electric plancha on the terrace).
