Welcome to Casa il Gelsomino, a welcoming apartment in a villa, located in Segromigno in Monte, on the hills 20 minutes by car from the historic centre of Lucca, perfect for families, couples and groups of friends looking for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. This charming apartment offers a space of 110 sqm with a wonderful private swimming pool of 4x6 metres, ideal for refreshing during hot summer days.



The apartment has two bedrooms with a total of six sleeping spaces: a queen-size double bed, a French sofa bed, and two single beds. The accommodation is designed to ensure comfort and privacy for all guests. The spacious living room with dining area and a comfortable sofa will allow you to spend moments of relaxation in complete tranquillity.



The American kitchen is fully equipped with all comforts: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. You can therefore prepare tasty meals and feel at home. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, heat pump heating and free WiFi connection.



Outside, you will find a beautiful private garden of 200 sq m, fenced, furnished with garden furniture, perfect for outdoor relaxation moments. Two private parking spaces are available in the external parking area of the building. The apartment is located on the ground floor and offers barrier-free access.
