'Shower needs a good scrub there was built up soap scum all over the walls and on the floor. Beds ere a little harder than we liked. And pool closing at 9pm was a downer for we traveled for 13 hrs and was looking forward to setting in the hot tub. '

'Large size room- I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room with two queen beds. Room was clean and met our needs. We left before breakfast so I did not rate the amenities high as I didn't use any of them beyond the parking. '

'Relatief nieuw hotel, maar met veel gebreken. De eerste indruk is goed. Er was maar 1 lift in gebruik die erg langzaam is. Af en toe erg lang wachten. Zwembad gaf veel geluidsoverlast evenals het terras buiten. Geluid van buiten dringt makkelijk door. We hadden een extreem lawaaierig airconditioning. Service kwam snel en heeft de AC wat verschoven. Maakte niet meer extreem veel geluid maar vraag mij af of het niet binnen enkele dagen weer zou gebeuren. Heerlijk om niet in bad te hoeven...

'Checking was late by over an 1.5 hours very little clean towels. When asked for additional because room wasn’t restocked they stated call back in an hour we don’t have any right now. Although, staff was polite and apologetic it was still very disappointed with the conditions of the stay. '

'We had to wait for over an hour for our room. And it had 2 beds both of the comforters were stained bad. The room was not vacuumed and the bathroom was not swept or mopped. Only had 1 towel and couldn’t get more. We had to pay extra to get to the concert cause of the wait to get in our room. We paid over $300 for this room when it is usually $85. And the morning we are checking out the manager only said they would refund $60 for the problems and was very unhelpful.'

'This was about the only room that wasn’t so priced jacked for a concert. It was still way overpriced for what it was. The room was overall clean but definitely not kept up. The pool was disgusting so definitely could not have even used that had we been able to. In a pinch it’s an ok place but not some place I would seek out.'

'I found a cockroach on the ground in the bedroom so I started looking around the property and found lots more, especially under the bed. I have a baby that is crawling and learning to walk, so I was extremely concerned about this. Management told me that they spray weekly because they have an abandoned building behind their property… which was another concern. I was also informed that they do not have a way to clean under the beds. When I put my son back in his car seat, he has a little...

'Don't judge a book by its cover. The building' look from outside isn't too convincing. By the time we entered the front desk, the smellbwas clean and fresh. The frontdesk staff is polite. The room we stayed was clean, including everything in it (beds,carpet, floor, bathroom, refridge, etc). AC is working well. Breakfast: fresh banana n oranges, coffee, juice, cereal, oatmeal, breads, yogurt, and waffle. The hotel is easily to access from main road. It's only 4 mins away to the AT&T Stadium...

'Hotel needs some updates. Stayed for concert. For the price we paid I would have hoped for better, but $225 for a night was better than a 10k dwi.'
