'We had a wonderful time at the villa. Patrick welcomed us warmly and provided us with information about the villa and the area. The house had a fantastic location with incredible views of Nice and offered an amazing pool with many sitting areas where we could relax both in the sun and in the shade. The villa was very close to a supermarket and bakery, as well as a tram station that made it easy to explore Nice. We loved every moment of our stay and couldn't have asked for a more perfect holiday...

'The house is very convenient, located in a quiet neighborhood, just 5 minutes from the highway and 10 minutes from the city center. It is also nice if you are cycling, since you can ride to the hills (e.g. Aspremont) directly from the house. It enjoys from a nice swimming pool and poolside lounge.
