'Hotel has great, clean rooms. It’s in an isolated area, so if you don’t want to go on a tour and stay at the hotel you’re dependent on the available facilities. The pool is great, but not heated. There are comfortable beds next to the pool but no staff at the poolbar and no services for eg food and drinka. All together makes it a boring experience'

'Our room was very spacious, but basic. No frills at all. The heated pool was lovely, but after swimming peacefully for about 15 minutes my husband joined me and so did a staff member. She sat on a chair and did a speaker phone call with family (including an excited, screaming child) and ruined the whole peaceful o space. We wound up leaving and he didn’t swim because it was just awkward. A shame because that’s why we chose this hotel. The woman at the restaurant was amazingly kind. Overall it...

'Friendly hotel in a very nice location. Perfect for exploring the countryside of Mai Chau with beautiful rice fields. The hotel offers free tours in the cave. That is a great experience (with lots of bats and a snake!). With the free bicycles you can tour around the Mai Chau area. Hotel facilities are basic but very nice. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. '

'We really enjoyed our stay at PuLuong Luna! The staff was so kind and helpful. The resort manager Anh helped arrange a tour of the area and transportation back to Hanoi! The view from our room was simply stunning! Make sure to preorder dinner ahead of time so you don’t have to wait. We really loved the steamed fish in bamboo, had it two nights in a row!
