At Lake Therapy, relaxation looks a little different for everyone.



For early risers, it's coffee on the balcony overlooking Canyon Lake. For adventure seekers, it's a day spent boating, tubing, hiking, or exploring the Texas Hill Country. For kids, it's hours of fun in the game room. For fitness enthusiasts, it's having a private air-conditioned gym just steps away. And for everyone, it's slowing down, reconnecting, and making memories together.



Recently remodeled throughout, this welcoming retreat blends comfort, entertainment, and thoughtful amenities into a place you'll want to return to year after year.



Relax & Recharge



The open-concept living area is bright, comfortable, and designed for spending time together. Whether you're watching your favorite movie, relaxing after a day on the lake, playing a quick game on the arcade system, or simply enjoying the peaceful atmosphere, there's plenty of room for everyone to gather.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare anything from a quick breakfast before heading to the lake to a family dinner after sunset. It includes a microwave, air fryer, wine refrigerator, beverage cooler, and both a drip coffee maker and Keurig. We also provide complimentary starter supplies including ground coffee, a refillable K-Cup, coffee filters, non-dairy creamer, and sweeteners.



Gather around the dining table, which comfortably seats eight guests, or enjoy additional seating at the large kitchen peninsula with six bar stools, making it easy for everyone to stay connected while cooking, dining, or relaxing.



Designed with comfort and flexibility in mind, Lake Therapy features three bedrooms plus a private study that's been converted into a fourth sleeping space, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. The spacious primary suite is located upstairs, while the remaining bedrooms and converted study are downstairs, creating an ideal layout for families and groups. The two levels are connected by a spiral staircase, and a baby gate is provided at the top of the stairs for families traveling with young children.



While you'll notice additional beds throughout the home that provide flexible sleeping arrangements, the home is intentionally limited to a maximum occupancy of eight guests. The indoor and outdoor living spaces—including both dining areas, gathering spaces, and amenities—have all been thoughtfully designed to provide the most comfortable experience for groups of up to eight.



Every bedroom is equipped with blackout curtains to help ensure a restful night's sleep.



If your version of therapy includes staying active, you'll appreciate the private air-conditioned fitness studio. When it's time to play, head to the garage game room featuring an arcade system, air hockey, foosball, basketball shootout, and plenty of friendly competition for guests of all ages.
