Beautiful Ocean Views at Cannon Beach

  • Welcome to my modern ocean property in beautiful Cannon Beach! My two story home offers everything that you are looking for in your vacation getaway. Easy beach access just 100 feet from the front door. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, and full bath; upstairs is an open air concept living space with comfortable family room, fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace and second full bath. Large picture windows offer unobstructed, breathtaking ocean views while dining at the kitchen table or relaxing on the comfy sofas. The 2nd story outdoor balcony is a great place to view an amazing sunset over the ocean, while having an evening cocktail. 

    Enjoy the serene neighborhood, just a two minute walk to a full service upscale grocery store, and convenient  restaurant options. Ample free parking directly in front of the home. Take advantage of a fully fenced-in back patio for private outdoor gatherings, complete with outdoor shower.

Amazing spring break!

Thank you for an amazing stay!! So close to the beach and walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, coffee, etc. The house was better than expected and had everything we needed! We will definitely be back, thank you James!

Great Cannon Beach getaway

We had a great experience start to finish. The owner was very proactive from the start and checking in to make sure we were doing well. Fantastic location. Gorgeous view of the ocean from the second floor living/dining room. Would definately go there again!

Great house in a great location

James did a wonderful job staying in touch making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The house has amazing views and very pet friendly. We loved being steps away from the beach, restaurants and grocery store. Being on the dead end street was a plus with very little traffic. We will definitely book again with James!

BEST dog friendly rental in Cannon Beach

This property is ideal if you’re traveling with dogs that love the beach - or if you’re just with humans! The place was spotless when we checked in, you’d never know it is dog friendly, but they even have dog toys and bowls out. The top selling points are: 1) James is a gracious and communicative host; 2) you do not need to cross the busy road to get to the beach; 3) Cannon is the best beach on the OR coast; 4) the best market is a 100 yard walk away. We loved, loved, loved it!

Awesome location!

We loved our stay at Cassell Cottage! The house is steps from the beach which is so convenient. The ocean views from the living room were perfect for morning coffee or watching the sunset. The house was very clean and well cared for. The two full bathrooms were great for our family so the teens could have their own bathroom space and not have to share with the adults. James the owner was available through texts and phone calls to make sure everything was going great (it was!). We will be booking again the next time we come to Cannon Beach!

Great location!

What a wonderful stay! The house is great—comfortable, updated, well cared for. But the best part is the view and location. Gorgeous ocean view and just steps from miles of pristine beaches. James is beyond accommodating and went above and beyond to meet our needs. A great getaway! We are in love with northern Oregon!

Can’t wait to go back………..

Our host went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Even with a rainy weekend our fabulous ocean view was mesmerizing and the towel left at the entry to dry doggie paws was perfect…this cottage was so well equipped with comfy beds, a kitchen with everything you need, games, dog toys, washer/dryer, electronics……..and the beach…..right….there! Booking our next stay before everyone else does!

Perfect location/awesome view

Loved this beach cottage! Traveled with my husband and 2 kids (10 yr olds). We loved the ‘bunny knoll’ (as I called it) right outside the house. The proximity to the beach and the view cannot be beat. So close to fresh foods grocery as well to stock up and pick things up quickly. My kids loved having a tv in their bedroom. View from living room was so peaceful. Owner thought of everything you could need and house had it all. Tolovana park area was really lovely. Liked that there were fire pit areas on the beach setup near the house so we could do a fire on the beach one night. There was nothing we didn’t like about this place!

Outstanding

Location Location! A view of the ocean, steps away from the beach and a sparkling clean property!! Everything was easy, and our Host, James made sure our family visit was seamless. I especially appreciated all the special touches, a special wine on the table for our first night. Comfortable beds,, bedding and super nice towels. There was even a special towel for our fur babies to wipe their paws! Already booked for next year!

Great place, great location, great host

Can't say enough good things about the house and amenities. It was well stocked, and the beach toys for my daughter were a nice treat. Thank you. The location is steps away from the beach, grocery store, and a couple of restaurants. It is away from the crowds of downtown, but still very close. The host was great - very easy to communicate with, responsive and caring - checking to see how our long road trip was going ahead of our arrival. We can't wait to stay again.

Cozy and convenient

We loved our stay at this ideally situated and perfectly appointed beach cottage. A few steps from the beach and east walking distance to coffee and a marvelous market. House is clean and has just enough space for our family of 4 and two dogs. We also appreciate the fig beds, towels and toys- and the fenced back patio for convenience.

Family escape

Our host Jim was amazing. He kept in touch with us throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. This was our first outing since COVID began and Jim made us feel so comfortable in making this trip. The house was very clean and supplied with everything we needed. The location is great. A quick less than 2 min. walk and we were on the beach. We have stayed at a few beach house rentals and this makes the top of the list. We could not have asked for a better first outing than this beach house. Thank you Jim.

Quiet getaway with a great view

Everything about this place was perfet. Booking with the owner was super easy. He was great to work with. The view was spectacular, the kitchen was fully stocked for any of you cooking needs, he provided a dog bed and treat for our doggo and everything was clean and well taken care of. We will be back soon, maybe when it is a little warmer :)

Highly Recommend Cassell Cottage

We fully enjoyed our stay at Cassell Cottage! The views are amazing and you cannot beat the proximity to the beach. We were looking for the perfect family getaway and we found it. James, property manager, is friendly and keeps his place very tidy which is our style. We are definitely booking again this summer!

Excellent location next to beach, Tolovana and walking distance to the store

The home was quiet, clean and well stocked. My daughter and I took walks each day (steps from the home) and enjoyed watching the king waves crash on the shore. We loved the location because we walked into town along the beach both days and felt like it was a great place to just park the car and get outside to enjoy. James was a wonderful host providing amenities for our dog and being available when I had a question. I highly recommend this location. You won’t be disappointed.
