'We had a great 3 night stay the weekend before Christmas. Breakfast was included in our rate at the adjacent pub and it was fab - all cooked to order plus a continental buffet, and some choices too (full english, sandwiches, avocado and poached egg on toast etc). Hotel was nice a quiet, plenty of free parking. Beds were just a little bit too hard for us but we had busy days out so we slept well anyway. Would definitely stay again when visiting the area! '

'I particularly liked that the stafff and customers of the Bridgehouse welcomed me. The place had the social feeling of what I think a good pub should be. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet too.'

'Everything at the place was awesome (although the swim up pool could have been a little warmer) . Butler service was first class as was the selection of free alcoholic drinks available in the room mini bar.'

'We were accosted at reception by drunk patrons, upon entering the room we noticed the smell of urine, brown curious stains and smudges on the walls .. bugs on the sheets and black mold on the windows'

'Fabulous!! Stopped in the “Brewood” room on a Tuesday night. Hadn’t thought to book a table for dinner, which was rather last minute as we had 6 guests joining us. The staff were amazing; despite being fully booked, they opened their private dining room for us. The food is fantastic, and the included breakfast was brilliant quality. Top quality sausages!! Thank you for having us! '

'We booked the apartment in August 2023 so the family could attend a music event which was local to apartment. On the day of Travel 26th April 2024 the booking was cancelled via email.. No phone call to warn us but an alternative 30+ miles away was offered in the email. Unfortunetly many other people have fallen fowl to this sort of approach due to many hotels being sold out and high prices starting to appear due to both the music event and a Wolves home football game. Many hotels coming back up...
