• Completely renovated in January 2026, it is on the second floor of a residence with an elevator.

• Steps lead to the residence lobby.



• The bedroom has a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), and the living room has a sofa bed (160 x 190 cm).

• Both are suitable for adults.

• The bedroom faces the street and the living room faces the courtyard.



• A private shower room and a separate WC are provided. The toilet is in a separate room, outside the shower room.

• Bed linen, towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap are provided.



• Individual reversible air conditioning and heating are available in the living room and bedroom.

• The apartment has Orange 5G+ Home internet with a 1.5 Gbit plan, a 65-inch Smart TV in the living room and a 55-inch Smart TV in the bedroom, with an Orange decoder.



• Cook at your own pace with a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

• Complimentary coffee and tea are provided.



• A washing machine, clothes drying rack, iron and ironing board are available.



• A baby cot, high chair and baby bath can be provided on request.

Self check-in is available with a classic key lockbox. We provide 24-hour reception support and concierge assistance. Guests complete a check-in form, and the welcome guide is sent by email.



Through our local partners, we can arrange private chauffeur transfers (VTC), boat cruises, breakfast delivery, make-up and hair styling, and babysitting.



Rue d’Antibes is approximately 2 minutes away on foot, and the beach and Croisette approximately 2–3 minutes. Allow approximately 8 minutes to the Palais des Festivals and 20 minutes to Le Suquet at a brisk walking pace.



Parties, events and evening gatherings are not allowed. Pets require prior approval before booking; a fee applies per animal, per stay.



The apartment has a smoke alarm, an extinguisher and a complete first-aid kit.
