The south-east orientation of the terrace lends itself wonderfully to the breakfasts and shaded to the aperitifs at the return of the pool or your congress!

The Bedroom has a queen size bed that can be configured as twin beds. Additionally, a sofa bed can be set up in the living so up to 4 guests can be accommodated.The bathroom is communicating with the bedroom. The toilets are accessible from the entrance or from the bathroom.

The apartment is specially designed for travelers, so you have access to all.

We will greet you in person and our concierge service can accommodate your special requests.

Shops nearby. Nice shopping, 'rue d'Antibes' and its shops is a 15-minute walk, as are the beaches Croisette.

Cannes Central train station is a 15-minute walk away.

A secured parking space in the basement is available. Reservation required.

The pool is opened from May 15ht until September 30th from 8.30 to 21.00

Your apartment includes a Standard welcome pack and will be set up for your comfort by our team:Bedroom: high quality bedding plus a bath towel, a towel and a toilet kit per person;
Bathroom: bath mat, soap and a supply of toilet paper;
Kitchen: kitchen towel, paper towels and essential items for cooking;
For additional requests, such as towels, beach towels ... or other services, please contact us either at the time of booking and at least 72 hours before registration. Cot available on reservation, subject to availability.

House rules
Cleaning after checking out is included, however it is asked to empty the dishwasher or wash the dishes, tidy up and to take out the garbage before checking out.

Pets can be allowed if they are of an acceptable size. Please tell us when booking. A 15€/pet/week is due for additional cleaning (2 pets maximum).
