« We were welcomed very well the first time, but when we returned, the staff had completely changed. Our accommodation wasn't clean; there was dirt under the bed and lots of cobwebs on the ceiling. Furthermore, when they serviced our room the next day, the trash bins weren't even emptied. »

« The room and bathroom smelt very strongly of cigarettes. We could not have a shower as the hot water made the smell even stronger. There was also food on the carpet from previous guest so appeared the room had not been cleaned properly. Wallpaper was peeling off next to the bed. Had we of been staying any longer than one night then we have changed hotels. The pictures online are definitely outdated. »

« Accueil standard mais à peine arriver dans la chambre on m’appelle pour me changer de chambre car la télé ne marche pas. Le restaurant très moyen: je ne recommande pas. Petit-déjeuner: j’ai mis le papier sur la porte pour un déjeuner dans la chambre que je n’ai jamais eu car personne n’a ramassé le papier. Pourquoi mettre ce formulaire dans la chambre si pas disponible ? La literie est moyenne et des travaux ont eu lieu pendant la nuit derrière l’immeuble face à ma chambre. Le Check out un...

« Un hôtel au style médiéval, tout au moins de l'extérieur, bien sympathique.Des chambres donnant toutes vers l'extérieur qui confèrent à cet établissement un petit côté motel.Ces chambres sont tout à fait confortables et propres.Le petit déjeuner est excellent et copieux, goutez donc à l'english breakfast...Bref un endroit tout à fait recommandable. »

« La chambre était de très bonne taille. La propreté était parfaite. Le personnel gentil et accueillant. Cependant, la chambre était au rez-de-chaussé et on pouvait entendre chaque pas des voisins du dessus, ce qui n'était pas un plus à 5h du matin. À part ça, c'etait super. »

« The room I had was at the top of the property and as such was a little warm but would have been unbearable if the weather had been hotter. The room was okay, rather dark until the morning when the sun made it very bright, too bright in fact. Parking was easy. Staff were helpful and super friendly. There was an event on in the evening which meant food took rather long to arrive but was o wasn’t charged for it was an unexpected bonus. Overall a nice enough stay. »
