'Hotel looks good on the pictures on Expedia. Unfortunately it felt a bit as a catfish when we arrived. Room was not clean as we found several long black hairs om the floor. This was handled very well by the hotel staff and room was cleaned again right away. State of the room was a bit smudgy as there was a lot of limescale in the shower, leakage in the kitchenette sink, tile falling from the wall, lights turning on in the middle of the night out of nowhere… etc. Except these disappointments we...

'The Seminyak is an amazing place to get some rest... yet you can just walk outside the resort which is located near Seminyak Square and find all the shops and restaurants u need. The staff is well trained and you will always be greeted with a smile. Also the hotel has 24h security and every vehicle that wants to go on the premises has to go through a vehicle search. The guards always double check if you haven't left anything in the car. The price quality is on par, the only thing i would change...

'We had a great stay here as the first stop on our honeymoon. Our room was amazing and all staff members were so kind and helpful. My favorite parts were the delicious in-room breakfast service and our incredible massage! An Adepa driver picked us up from the airport and the hotel was also great about helping us book a driver to get around while we were there and even get to our next destination in Bali. Special shoutout to Wira for being a great driver and educating us on so many special...

'Fijn hotel, goed ontvangen. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Via het hotel scooter gehuurd, leuke prijs en veel vrijheid. Hiermee zelf naar tanah lot tempel gereden, makkelijk te vinden. Lekker zwembad bij het hotel, genoeg schaduw of zon. Massage bij spa ook heel goed. Strand was het dichtste bij ligt was vies en 'verlaten'. Iets verderop was het beter. De plek om te surfen.'

'Beautiful hotel and such a nice setting! Booked it last minute, now just checked in to my next destination in Bali, and it doesn't match up to this! Very high standard accommodation! Loved it! The staff was so nice, they took really good care of us. I was down with a flu and they made me ginger tea on the house! '

'Other than the beauty of the villas it was the little things: 1. Front desk staff took time to research questions they didn’t immediately had an answer to. 2. Staff noticed my mosquito bites on check in so included repellant with my turn down service the next day. 3. Never had I had my feet washed as a welcome. 4. Restaurant staff new our preferences after only one meal. 5. Staff apologized to me when it was my fault I missed a class/activity. There’s more but, go experience it...
