« Avant mon arrivée j’ai pu échanger avec la réception et obtenir un upgrade moyennement une quinzaine d’euros. La chambre King suite dans le main building est incroyable, la déco de style japonisant minimaliste est très réussie. J’ai d’ailleurs prolongé mon séjour. Excellente découverte bien que chère pour Bali. »

« This was our second stay at Masmara, and we had another enjoyable experience. The hotel is in a great location in Pererenan, and has a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the overall vibe was lovely. The only reason we’re not giving it 5 stars is that the WiFi didn’t work from our room, which was quite inconvenient. « You get what you pay for. Staff absent at check in, check out, when they forget to give you your key etc. “Staff on break” sign is permanently on the table, and all three numbers are mostly irresponsive. Spent a lot of time waiting and having to find the staff to assist. »
