A wonderful place to enjoy one of the best beaches in the Maresme region, awarded the Blue Flag for swimming. The loft features a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen with high-quality appliances, plus a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Ideal for a couple’s getaway.



The location is privileged: less than five minutes’ walk from the beach and right in the center of the modernist town of Canet de Mar. Its strategic location is 40 km from central Barcelona and a 45-minute drive from the famous Costa Brava coves. Public transport is easily accessible, with the train station less than ten minutes’ walk away, so a car is not necessary.



Groups of young people, events, and parties are not allowed. Maximum occupancy is 2 people. The apartment is 40 square meters. Check-in is from 17:00 to 21:00. Late check-in from 21:00 to 23:00 is available for an extra charge. Check-in after 23:00 is not possible.



The apartment is on a quiet street with small houses in a residential neighborhood. By municipal regulation, from 22:00 (Friday and Saturday night) and from 21:00 on other days, playing loud music and speaking loudly on the property is prohibited. Please be considerate of the neighbors to ensure a peaceful stay. Only guests included in the reservation are allowed. Guests under 25 cannot check in.



A municipal car park is available five minutes’ walk from the property for an extra charge.
