'Great hotel, loved the location for canyoneering and whale sharks. Owner was super nice and asked us if everything was good daily. Breakfast was included and very good. Ate at the restaurant for dinner twice and food was great. Recommend!'

'Fantastic stay at Eskapo Verde Lodge, Moalboal! This place exceeded expectations. Very clean, quiet, and well maintained, with a relaxing green atmosphere that really lets you unwind. The staff are genuinely friendly, helpful, and professional. The rooms are comfortable, the location is convenient, and everything feels well organized. Perfect base for exploring Moalboal, including the sardine run. Great value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend'

'Check in time was 2PM, would have been nice if they let us in the room at 1:45PM. Seems really good unnecessary to keep us out of room when it was already cleaned and available. Water in shower was at best luke warm on the highest setting. Not exactly up to standard on cleanliness and in room amenities. Won’t return.'

'Location of the resort was good. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and beach. Room was clean and spacious. You had to leave a deposit $ if you wanted to use the gym which i thought was odd. Gym equipment was old and basic. Philippino staff were very friendly but not so much of the owner. There were several occasions where he never acknowledged us when we approached the reception or spoke to the staff . This didn’t make us feel valued for giving him our business.'

'No ocean view, but It was like a tranquil oasis a 10 minutes walking distance from the hustle and music at the restaurants. We only stayed a couple of nights but could definitely have stayed the whole week to explore the surroundings more. Loved the sardine runs!'

'It wasn’t worth what we paid. Instead of getting to rest, we had issues with the air conditioner. The first technician already knew that the control or buttons were broken but didn’t tell us. When the second technician arrived, he just cleaned the filter, but it still didn’t work. They made us wait another 30 minutes even though they already knew the control was faulty. In the end, we were transferred to another room. The staff at the reception were also quite rude, and even some of the other...

'The place are quite small but that’s all you need, very closed to everything, & the staff are very helpful. The only downside is you have to pay extra for an hour late check out.'
