'Mooi hotel op goede locatie. Kamers klein maar compact en schoon!'

'This hotel is way overpriced for a 5* accommodation. Next to that the pool was closed due to renovation, while during booking they mentioned that it would be done and reopened. Most of the staff was not much attentive. Not coming back here.'

'De ligging is er mooi. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn prima en voldoende groot maar erg gehorig. Als de buren de douchedeur dicht laten vallen trilt de hele kamer. Dit zou eenvoudig op te lossen zijn met twee nopjes per deur waardoor deze wat zachter dicht slaat. '

'This hotel offers excellent bilingual services. It is our go to hotel when staying over in Sherbrooke. Close to many restaurants walking distance to start but many more if driving. Hotel cleanliness is top notch with attention to details. Would recommend to anyone. It is a bit pricey but with the breakfast included in the package it is worth it for convenience sake. '

'Beautiful historic hotel in the heart of Old town Quebec. Majestic scenery and views of the area. Not sure if I would say kid friendly but not everywhere should be. Great restaurants on property and nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. Our room wasn’t ready at checking so complimentary drinks at the bar were offered and a gift in the room more than made up for the short delay. Would definitely stay there again. '
