'Everything exceeded our expectations, I highly recommend staying at this property! It’s in a quiet location but close to all amenities. The owners were so kind and helpful, they were staying on the floor above and were very discreet but around to answer questions whenever we needed. 'Stunning view! Well stocked & clean comfortable apartment. Our 5 person family fit great here and everyone slept comfortably with so much lounge space for family time. We love the neighborhood and exploring the hills and west side of Nice. We had a medical emergency at the end of the trip and François was beyond helpful and accommodating to our extra needs! We can’t say thank you enough for how kind you were with our family. Can’t wait to come back. '

'The stay was perfect. Best location in Nice. Steps from Old Town, directly infront of the TRAM. The place was 10/10. We had a small issue on day one that was resolved within hours with the hosts. We will be back and recommending to friends!'

'The location of this apartment is exceptional. You are steps from the ocean, as well as from the flower market and Vieux Nice. There is also a tram stop nearby with access to Place Massena. Yes, you do have to climb stairs to access the apartment, but this is well explained in the listing and was not an issue for us. 'Very nice apartment right in the middle of Vieux-Nice; no high and heavy stairs, just easy on the first floor.. Large en well equipped. Lots of bars en restaurants on a very close distance. For us the right place! Quiet situated at night; only early in the morning (05.30) noisy collecting garbage, but that is normal in vieux-nice, if you don't like that, don't come to old Nice.... We had a lovely stay for 4 nights with our 3 sons. Very easy and pleasant contact with the property-manager!'

'I’m going to be completely honest. Their professionalism and the way they handled the check in was not the best. We were supposed to check in at 1 pm and then last minute after not being able to reach them it was changed to 2 pm. They said they sent emails about the check in changing time, and also they ask for a deposit and they don’t use your card like any normal place off the website. The pictures look so much better than what property actually looks like, it’s run down and it was not...

'Bel appartement bien situé entre la gare et la vieille ville. Apprécié les 2 salles de bain et le lave-vaisselle. Secteur bruyant, cathédrale et tram mais fenêtres de qualité qui coupe le son. On doit aller chercher les clés à un km dans une agence. Près des restaurants et épiceries. Très bon séjour.'

"The bathroom was not clean. I had to make them clean the bathroom while I was in the room. Without mentioning or permission they reserved a deposit on my creditcard. While checking out they did not even mention it or informed that they would release the amount. I still have not received the guarantee amount back (5days later). The hotels I had after this one already released the guarantee (the next day after checking out). The location is ideal, walking distance from the promenade. They have a good breakfast. Also valet Parking available. "
