The apartment is located in the center of the village of Seccheto, a small but charming tourist resort. The beach of the village, is about 300 meters from the apartments, of white fine sand, is 130 meters long with sandy bottom and particularly crystalline water. On the left there are some smooth and suggestive granite cliffs, where natural swimming pools are made suitable for children. On the beach there is a bathhouse and a small port suitable for mooring small boats. Only a few kilometers from the village are the beautiful depths of Cavoli and Fetovaia, the most fashionable beaches of the island. On this wonderful west coast of Elba at our disposal three lovely apartments, close to all the basic shops, bars and restaurants

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and “codice fiscale”, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residence address to complete the customer data.

- we remind customers that only regularly registered people can stay in the house

- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
