Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and “codice fiscale”, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residence address to complete the customer data. The data are mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation on our part, with a penalty for the guest.

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 0565963006. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at the structure, or at our Portoferraio offices.

The apartment is located less than 10 minutes walk from the beach of Marina di Campo. The structure consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with a double sofa bed and two single beds, a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed and a bathroom with shower cabin.

- the structure has two entrances, the main and the secondary, the secondary overlooks Via degli Albarelli and from there the beach is just 550 m away

- check-in in our offices from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- small/medium sized pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros
- washing machine for a fee, €3 per token
- deposit (mandatory): 150,00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed, bathroom and kitchen linen: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
