'Accueil sympathique et attentionné avec des instructions claires et détaillées. Une maison très agréable à vivre et bien équipée. La piscine chauffée et le jacuzzi ont été particulièrement appréciés. Beau terrain de tennis. Merci et sûrement à l’année prochaine !'

'aangenaam ,zowel keuken als woonplaats .zeer mooi en groot terras met prachtig zicht.badkamer bovenverdiep beetje klein. rookmelder gelijkvloers ontbrak.fijn verblijf gehad, met de voeten inderdaad in het water zoals in de advertentie .'

'Aangenaam en comfortabel huis. Ruim en gezellig. Overdekt zwembad en hottube was heerlijk voor de kinderen waardoor de enkele regendagen toch plezierig waren. Attente gastvrouw en gastheer, erg vriendelijk. We konden vroeger inchecken zonder enig probleem.'

'La maison est conforme aux photos, la piscine chauffée a été très appréciée des petits & grands, nous avons pu en profiter au mois de mai.Nous avons eu qqs petits désagréments qui ont été vite solutionnés pas Jean Michel, qui s’est montré réactif et attentionné. Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille, chaque couple avait sa chambre, les enfants la leur. Etel est très beau à visiter, et les autres lieux touristiques de la region se trouvent à 30min en voiture. Je recommande ce logement. '

'Nous avons eu la chance de séjourner dans cette magnifique maison louée avec Groom Conciergerie et nous sommes ravis de partager à quel point notre expérience a été exceptionnelle. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par la maison : spacieuse, confortable, décorée avec goût, et parfaitement équipée pour passer un week-end des plus agréables. Chaque détail semblait pensé pour que nous nous sentions comme chez nous, et nous avons pu profiter pleinement des lieux dans une ambiance chaleureuse...

'De locatie en ligging van het huis waren prima. De ontvangst was snel met zeer weinig tijd om alles te overlopen en na te kijken. Bij het in gebruik nemen van de kamers viel op dat de meeste sanitaire delen niet netjes was; erg vuil en afgeleefd. Lichten in de badkamers die het niet deden. Ik heb er wat foto's van. Het raam in de living heeft een prachtig zicht op zee, maar het raam was zeer veel vuil….In het contract staat een bedrag van 150 Euro voor poetsen. We kunnen niet geloven dat er voor...

Our family group - ranging in ages from the 20’s to the 70’s and beyond ,and visiting from both sides of the Atlantic - appreciated the tranquility of the beautiful grounds, the ease of transportation down to the city centre or to one of the nearby beaches, the spaciousness of Villa Lucie itself, to mention only some of the positive...

'Ty Marie is a special house in a fantastic location and Francois is a kind,helpful and thoughtful host who guided us through the arrival process (ferry with trolleys for our luggage from the port) and welcomed us to his family's house on this lovely island. Superb holiday, despite the occasionally unseasonal weather - thank you!'

'Un appartement correct et bien équipé mais rapport qualité / prix incohérent par rapport à situation et type logement. Et en plus, on doit payer pour les draps, le linge de toilette, ... Procédure gestion clefs arrivée / départ préhistorique (agence à plus de 10 km du lieu de location). Je déconseille cette location'

'Wir hatten einen schönen und entspannten Aufenthalt – auf diesem Weg nochmals vielen Dank an die Vermieter!Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Straße und man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß sowohl am Wasser als auch in der Fußgängerzone. Im Haus haben wir alles vorgefunden, was wir für unsere Urlaubstage benötigt haben. '
