The spacious house has 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and an extra extra bed that can accommodate up to 5 people (+ a baby). The house has 2 bathrooms and a shower room, a large fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and refrigerator) and a large living/dining room.
The house benefits from a large private roof terrace of 50 m² with an exceptional sea view, ideal for lunch, idleness or enjoying the sunset. The terrace is completely private for the residents of the house. 2 private parking spaces are available. Tenants have exclusive access to the entire house and the upper terrace dedicated to the house. An outdoor garden/collective barbecue area is also available. Bed linen and towels are provided. TV and wifi available.

In an ideal and privileged location, close to the beach and all amenities, you can walk to all leisure places (bars, restaurants, pastry shops, beach, eco-track) and shops (grocery stores, bakery, pharmacy). Near the Moledo train station, it is also an option to visit the surroundings (Caminha, Cerveira, Viana do Castelo, Vigo).
By car, Moledo is only 45 minutes from Porto.
Moledo is an excellent place for relaxation and sports due to its proximity to the sea, river and mountain. The beach is ideal for surfing and bodyboarding. There are also many nature hiking trails and historic, lively and picturesque villages in the surrounding area.
