Check out the stunning view from this 3 br 2 ba + loft unit that is located on the 3 mile marker of the Big Niangua arm of the Lake of the Ozarks. The unit is 1650 sq. feet, is spacious and tastefully decorated. The living room, kitchen and loft area look out a wall of windows for a lake view that is spectacular day or night.


*The large covered screened deck offers relaxing views of the lake. It is close to the pool but you still maintain your privacy. The deck is equipped with a large custom made cedar table large enough for the whole family. The deck is a wonderful place to relax and drink your morning coffee or have your favorite adult beverage while gazing over the lake.

*The living room has 2 reclining couches and a recliner. There is a 46” LED TV/ Sound bar and DVD player. The sound bar can be uses to live stream music through or use while watching movies. There is an electric fireplace that can be controlled by a remote. There is also a DVD collection to enjoy during your stay.

*The master bedroom is equipped with a king sized bed and a personal master bath, vanity with dual sinks, walk in shower and private sliding door to the lake front patio. As you wake up each morning and open the blinds, you can take in the beautiful sunrise over the lake right from your bed. The bedroom is equipped with a large flat screen tv.

*The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds, and is connected to a full bath. It also has a tv and ceiling fan.

*The 3rd bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed with the full bathroom right outside the door. It has a ceiling fan.

*The loft is set up with the kids in mind with a full size bed, as well as a bunk with full on bottom and single on top. There is a tv, games for kids, game cube and some kids toys. There are also board games for the whole family to enjoy.

*Wireless internet is available in the condo.

*The kitchen has a wrap around bar that comfortably seats 6 along with room for 4 more at the dining table. The kitchen is stocked with your basic necessities: dishes, silverware, pots/pans, coffee maker, toaster, blender and crock-pot, griddle, kitchen aide mixer and more. There is also a full size washer and dryer if you need to do laundry during your stay.

*Boat slips are available through the complex manager for an extra fee. There are boat ramps very near by.

Miramar is a family friendly complex with quiet hours from 11pm to 7am. We request that you respect our neighbors and fellow vacationers by following our complex rules. We also ask you to please not smoke in the unit. This is not a pet friendly unit.

We are minutes from the Ozark Amphitheater where they bring in big name acts. It’s a small venue and a wonderful place to see your favorite singers. They’ve hosted acts like Brothers Osborne, Little Big Town, Jamey Johnson, Darius Rucker, the Black Crowes and a whole lot more.
