'Out of the way'

'I must have inadvertently booked a handicap room, there was no tub, but just a walk in shower, and that was okay, except the water from the shower made the entire floor of the bathroom slippery and wet. I informed the office that the toilet seat was very loose, he assured me he would have maintenance look into it. The shower had a large square shower head, so you had the rain shower effect. The only downside was, there were no businesses close by, so if I wanted to eat, I had to travel for food....

'When we first entered our room we could tell it had not been cleaned. We were given a new room immediately. The breakfast was ok but not many choices.'

'Excellent stay. Been here multiple times. Never a problem. Comfy bed. Quiet room. Great breakfast.'

'Low budget choice that isn’t fit for most travelers. Rooms are old and cosmetic upgrades are well beyond needed. Poor lighting in room and had no access to turn heat on. This place can be a good choice if trying to save $, but be prepared to rough it!!'

'The only complaint I have was with the odor from nearby farms. It wasn’t noticeable in the hotel. Other than that, the room, pool, and hotel were nice and clean. The breakfast selection was great and nice variety to pick from.'

'A very nice hotel, nice staff, good breakfast, clean rooms'

'We enjoyed the spacious rooms, the cleanliness of the entire hotel, and the friendly staff! It’s location on the Hillsdale campus was incredibly convenient.'

'Loved the coffee machine and friendly staff'

'Faulty electric outlets- hairdryer & bedside lamp did not work. Sheets were stained on 1 of 2 beds. Limited breakfast options.'

'The owners and staff are very nice and the breakfast was great!'

'A very comfortable room, amenities, and service. We can only say "if you are looking to be served well and enjoy your stay, stay at the Sauder Inn and you will not regret it".'

'There was a fitted sheet over the mattress, but no upper sheet for over your body. There was only a bedding cover that likely doesn't get laundered. There were no pillow cases over the pillows. The so called hot water was barely warm.'
