The holiday home Casa Mita is located about 3 minutes by car from the centre of Camaiore, Tuscany, immersed in the green hills above the village and offers its guests a small private swimming pool and a garden.

This holiday home for rent in Camaiore is a large central terraced house, newly renovated and offers a quiet and relaxing holiday as it is located on a closed road.

The sea is not far away. Lido di Camaiore with its long sandy beaches is only 9 km away, Forte dei Marmi 14 km. Supermarkets and shops can all be found in the centre of Camaiore.

Outside, in addition to private parking spaces, there is the garden in front of the house which offers a 3 x 3 metre private swimming pool, 1.20m deep, sun umbrella, dining table and barbecue.

Internally it is divided into two floors.

Ground floor with kitchen/living room with dining table, TV, sofa, fridge/freezer, oven, stove and microwave. In addition there is a bathroom with shower and a utility room with washing machine.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one bedroom with two singles and a bathroom with shower.

The outdoors (swimming pool and garden) are maintained three times a week, on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings before 8.30 a.m. respectively.
