Spacious 100-square-meter apartment located on the first floor of a building without an elevator, accommodating up to 7 people.

The property is located in Lido di Camaiore, in a quiet and welcoming residential area, close to all major amenities. The boardwalk and beaches are easily accessible by bike.

The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, one bedroom with bunk beds (sleeping 3 people), a living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and a small terrace.



Please note that the apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible only by stairs.



The interior layout is as follows:

- BEDROOM I with a double bed, closet, dresser, and ceiling fan;

- BEDROOM II with a double bed, closet, dresser, and ceiling fan;

- BEDROOM III with a bunk bed for 3 people (one bed is pull-out), closet, dresser, and desk with chair;

- KITCHEN with induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, moka pot, kitchen utensils, wine glasses, and dining table with chairs;

- SMALL TERRACE (access from the living room) with a washing machine.

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Camaiore Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.

Lido di Camaiore is the charming, modern beach area of Camaiore’s historic center. It is situated in a pleasant and peaceful area that stretches along the sea for several kilometers, nestled between Viareggio and Marina di Pietrasanta.

We are, in fact, in the heart of Versilia, the famous coastal strip of the province of Lucca. Here, between Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi, there’s no shortage of opportunities to enjoy a pleasant vacation. Enjoy the beach at Lido di Camaiore, with its fine, golden sand; you can also bike along the beautiful seaside promenade, just a few minutes from the property.
