The beautiful villa is distributed on the TOP FLOOR, where you will find a cozy entrance hall, a bedroom with a double bed and access to a sunny solarium with breathtaking views of the sea. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom equipped with a bathtub. Going down the interior stairs, we reach the GROUND FLOOR, which offers a spacious living-dining room with SAT/TDT TV and sea views, with access to a covered terrace and the pool area. The open kitchen, fully equipped with a gas stove and dishwasher, becomes the heart of the house. Two more bedrooms, both with sea views (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), together with another bathroom with a shower, complete the interior amenities.



OUTSIDE:



The exterior of the villa stands out for its pleasant 8x4 meter pool with Roman stairs and a large terrace for sunbathing. A built-in barbecue offers the opportunity to enjoy outdoor dining, while parking on the same plot ensures convenience.
