The hotel is in the midst of a renovation of sorts. We were a large party and took three rooms and each room had different elements (some bathrooms better than others). While some parts of the rooms were old and run down, the staff was outstanding in doing what they could to make our stay good. They were always there to help. They made frequent checks and updated the rooms often with new sheets/water/etc. The pool and terrace are in GREAT shape. It is a short walk from the beach and while the area was very crowded, good access to Mapusa and Panjim buses. The entry way and corridors were very clean.
