« Beautiful heritage house with incredible character and a vast array of traditional decoration. The pool and gardens are lovely and well maintained. The family room we stayed in was very large for 4 with 3 beds and a lounge. Staff have been over the top and this hotel was the best we had in weeks. 3 main caveats for families: 1/ Family room gives on street side, the street is at a cross road leading to steepy road to main street so motorbikes making a turn accelerate to go up and woke us up...

« Good hotel but it’s far from the city proper. Every time we need to eat and shop we have to take a taxi which additional to our budget. The restaurant in the hotel closes early and at breakfast there’s not much choice. Otherwise, have a nice view of the horizon including the Taal volcano. »

« A very nice hotel, we booked 2 separate rooms that were spacious and fairly clean. The only comment I’ll make is that the bathroom in both hotel rooms had molds on the glass door and floor, as well as 1 bathroom had less than half a roll of toilet paper left. Otherwise it was a good stay »

« Beautiful Property, But Poorly Maintained The property itself is beautiful and has a lot of potential, but unfortunately, it feels abandoned and poorly maintained. The overall condition of the hotel gives the impression that proper preventive maintenance and housekeeping standards are not being consistently followed. I booked two rooms for my family, and unfortunately, both rooms had mold issues and were not properly maintained. One of the rooms had a broken bathroom door, while both bathrooms...

« The hotel islocated in a very peaceful location. Having a car is highly advised as the resort is huge. Staff from the front desk to the restaurant were all very nice. The rooms were more than enough for one human being. Breakfast was plated but tasty. I highly recommend the milk fish. »

« Lived up to expectations we originally were put in the Cabana we had booked online but after the first night the aircon was too loud and I couldn’t sleep. Having raised it with them they immediately moved us to a new room with split aircon which is much quieter. Staff were very helpful and friendly as you would expect, the food and spa facilities lived up to expectations also. Some great treatments available and I would definitely recommend the Hilot traditional massage.we had a few minor issues...
