'This property is an not a hotel. The interior and exterior are clean and well appointed with new furniture and modern TVs The picture is very deceptive as the beach is a few miles from the property and the private beach club is the absolute worst one in Scalea. This is not a beachfront apartment like the listing states. This is fraudulent advertising and we will seek credit. The people are very rude and do not like to honor the vouchers from Kalispera. 'The apartment is exactly like the pictures depict. We had a little trouble finding the apartment, however, that was the only issue we ever had. Roberto, our go to person immediately responded to any questions. The view of Stromboli at sunset is spectacular!! The apartment was centrally located so we found it pretty easy to visit the area towns. Highly recommend this apartment!!'

'What a beautiful house! What a wonderful host, Cesare, with his coffee and his liquorizia!!! What a gorgeous beach and lovely places to visit nearby! Everything and everybody was so relaxed, even the dogs and cats, other lovely visitors and also brother Nando with his nice Lido at the beach, complimenti!! 'My stay at this property was not what I expected. Had to deal with a lot of tiny ants in the property everyday, beds were old & creaky & communication with host was difficult at times. Host said ant issue was if there were crumbs left around (not the case) or because of the time of year…just an excuse to not resolve issue! Communication, check-in, and check-out was all very easy and quick. The property is located close to the city centre, beach, and offered beautiful views of the sunset.
