The check-in was fast and smooth with nice staff, the room was comfortable with easy adjustment of the temperature, the kettle & instant coffee were most welcome, the bathroom amenities were great, the shower was well designed with suitable water pressure. « Beautiful hotel. From walking through car park right to room - everything, everywhere was clean, tidy and really well looked after. Restaurant serves really good quality food and the staff were fabulous - even though they were really busy with a wedding party. The room was amazing - lively size, spacious and clean. « If you need a place in Grimsby to stay, this place is about as ideal as you could hope for. Tucked away on a side street but located within a stones throw of Grimsby town centre, its ideally located. Clean and comfortable too with a communal kitchen for all guests to use - something you don't often see! Very well priced too! There was a little hiccup with the check-in process but in fairness, it was rectified very quickly so no complaints there. Overall, a definite recommend! »

« Very welcoming staff, they warned us about them having music on till late and offered to move us room but we was happy to stay in room as the music didn’t bother us, would definitely recommend and return »

« From the moment I checked in to the check out, I have nothing but praise for the staff at this hotel. Nice to actually have people who can engage, laugh and perform their duties professionally. Yes the room I had was maybe a bit tired, the hotel is ongoing refurbishing as we speak. The room was clean, functional and was more than adequate. Great location. Can't recommend highly enough. I look forward to returning in January. »
