IMPORTANT NOTES:

The building is quite large and historic, with a "lived-in" feel. While some areas may be a bit messy or less polished, it offers unique charm and character.

There are two entrances to the building: one leads to a lively street with many restaurants, cafes, and bustling crowds, while the other is quieter, located near school gates. This gives you the option to choose your preferred atmosphere when coming and going.

The apartment is located on the second floor, and guests will need to walk up two flights of stairs to reach it.

Please note that there is a hotel on the same floor on the other side, so there may occasionally be noise from hotel staff moving around.

I want to make sure you're fully informed and comfortable during your stay! Kindly check my (HOUSE RULES) before making your booking to ensure they are appropriate for you. I (the owner) will be sharing the full space with you (except bed).

According to local laws, soft copies of IDs or passports of all registered guests are required at least 1 day before check in to guarantee a seamless experience.
