Appartementenresorts in West Caicos

'This is a gem of a hotel! The pick you up and bring you to the airport, besides that they have a shuttle service to the town en beach. The people of the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. The room is immaculately clean and comfortable, with a bed never to step out again. The have netflix with I think unlimited excess to a zillion hours of television. There is a coffee machine, microwave, fridge. There is a restaurant on the premisses, and a big supermarket, post office and some...

'View was absolutely amazing'

'I would definitely choose this place again if I have to come back.'

'Beautiful adult, clean, friendly staff place. No complaints'

'It was a great stay, smaller boutique style hotel. Staff is very friendly, food was good, room was spacious. Great experience overall.'

'I feel like everybody who worked at this resort wished they worked anywhere else. Never helpful, we asked the front desk for towels or umbrellas or other help and always felt like we were a bother. Basic amenities like a simple bottle of water weren’t available and the gift shop with expensive water closed at 6. Frankly skip this spot'

'The rooms were a bit outdated, but I would still stay here again. The staff made me feel like I was visiting family! The rooms were clean, the staff were kind and very accommodating. The best part is the location of the hotel to the beach. Felt like I could roll out the bed and be on the beach. We even tried to re-book another visit before we checked out but all the rooms were sold out. No need to look any further, just book the room!'

'Great stay at the Retreat. It embraces the name! The concierge was very friendly and gave us excellent recommendations for water excursions and local restaurants. Our room was very spacious and everything in it felt brand new. I especially liked that the bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and the memory foam mattress was very comfortable. The room was spotless. Housekeeping came twice a day, including an evening turndown to get the room ready for sleeping. I used the pool, hot tub, and...

'The property was bad and boring. No outside view (no window), no warm water in shower, and no functional TV.'

'I love the fact that the studio apartment is at the back and it's very spacious and clean. The decor is also nice. I felt completely at home away from home. Make sure to take all toiletries, snacks, drinks, etc. it's not included, because it's not a hotel. It's the guest responsibility. I'll be back and I'll be recommending to my friends and family. Florence has great communication skills and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied. She's a great host. Highly recommended.'

'Tne environment was extremely quiet, except for a few barking dogs, who were silent at night. The drawback of this tranquility is of course that there is nothing in the neighbourhood. The nearest supermarket (KG Foods) is more than 15 minures walking and so is the nearest (indian) restaurant Communication with the place was somewhat difficult; I expected a self-check-in, which I hate, but fortunately there was a friendly lady to see me. Closing and opening of the door was with a code, what I...
