'This is a gem of a hotel! The pick you up and bring you to the airport, besides that they have a shuttle service to the town en beach. The people of the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. The room is immaculately clean and comfortable, with a bed never to step out again. The have netflix with I think unlimited excess to a zillion hours of television. 'First the good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We were there one night, and I would not have wanted to stay longer. The room was fine but certainly run down compared to the Expedia photos - rust on fixtures, water damage on wood and overall just needing some things replaced. The bathroom was decent. There was construction happening off the lobby near the pool and some other repairs happening elsewhere. The location is NOT on the beach so read the description carefully. It is a short...

'We have never been to Turks and Caicos and we couldn’t have dreamed of a better experience than what we received at the Rock House. Absolutely gorgeous property, outstanding service, amazing views everywhere, and the privacy desired to fully enjoy the experience with my wife and our friends. Every experience was outstanding at this place and we highly recommend staying here for couples or adults. We will be back one day!'

'The stay was nice. The WiFi connection was not great, and I planned to use the internet for some work so that wasn’t helpful. We were not told about the $200 per night hold before arriving, and we did not see the policy on the website. More activities and complimentary entertainment or shows on the shore club properties would be nice.'

'The ladies at the front desk were always pleasant,and helpful. Always eager to make our stay comfortable. The walk to the beach takes only about 3 minutes, and they provided umbrellas and lounge chairs which is a plus. Our room was cleaned daily, and beds were comfortable.'

'Beautiful property and very courteous staff. The beachfront side is new with attractive, modern furnishings. I loved the washer/dryer and large kitchen in the one-bedroom suite . The only issue with this property is the food and the wait for the food. The breakfast was not that great, the room service food was aweful (flatbread had chicken that tasted old) and they took very long. Also, the food (appetizers in this case) by the roof top bar took really long and was not good. They need to improve...
