'It was a good place, carpet needs some deep cleaning. First night TV didn’t work but finally started during the night and after that played well the rest of the week. Staff was really great, answered all of our questions, very helpful.
Breakfast needs some help. Coffee needed a lot of help. We were so hoping for some good community coffee or at least some brewed coffee and not instant. Parking was good mainly because they were never full while we were there. Not sure we will stay there again.'

'Was a nice place to stay.
The property was set away from the major traffic on a service road, which was a plus for privacy and noise. The front desk was attentive to requests for an extra coffee packet and sugar.
Room was clean, bed was clean, shower and facilities were clean.
(I have a blood, urine light that exposes unclean surfaces)- a good thing to have when staying at a hotel.
If I ever have to stay in Shreveport, LA. again, this will be one I will consider.

The walls in the shower were caked with accumulated soap film and were unclean.
