Lounge in the pool, or enjoy a cocktail on one of patio areas perched above the Baja coastline. Unmatched views from the bedrooms, living areas and patios. Relax in the splendid infinity pool and hot tub, or under the cooling shade of the palapa with expansive views of Pedregal’s golden beach and the deep blue Pacific.

The spacious rooms in this 6-bedroom, 6.5-bath retreat have an appealing designer’s touch, carried into the kitchen, with modern appliances and marble countertops.

The poolside patio is an ideal setting for pleasant dining, perhaps with something delicious prepared on the gas BBQ. Villa Helena is one of those ideal locations where guests feel like Cabo San Lucas is their own private retreat. Helena is only steps from spectacular Pedregal beach and less than a five minute drive (or 15 min walk) from vivacious activity of Cabo. If you are seafood savvy, indulge in sparklingly fresh ceviche and cold drinks on the deck or at the nearby beach and harbor front restaurants.

Villa Helena is nestled in the private guarded & gated enclave of Pedregal, it has all of the sun, sand and sea of Cabo in a laid back paradise perfect for couples, families or friends.

Being the premier downtown neighborhood, Pedregal and Villa Helena do not embrace loud music or a party atmosphere late into the night. Strict noise regulations (after 10pm) are enforced in the community so that you and surrounding properties are not disturbed by others. Making this suited for families & those wanting to relax.

Celebrations like bachelor/bachelorette groups or spring break parties should look in the downtown corridor as Pedregal is NOT suited for loud music and late parties, and security will strictly enforce this in all homes within the neighborhood. We just like to be upfront and communicate this on our listing !

Better than promised

I agree with other reviews that the home is even more beautiful than described! The view of the ocean is fantastic! We were able to sit out on the patio and watch wales every morning we were there. The two sets of binoculars in the house came in very handy. The house has absolutely everything you could need to make your stay enjoyable. The kitchen is the most well stocked kitchen we’ve ever had and we rent VRBOs very often!Everything is in tip top shape. The Pedregal neighborhood is very secure but Just make sure to email your list of vendors ahead of time to make them checking in. We will absolutely stay here again and again!!

Excellent property and stay

Sondra and the team make it a great stay for guests. Lots of helpful info. The property is amazing with delightful ocean views and tucked away places to have special moments. Quick walk to private beach front. A couple of helpful things to know:- Find a landmark home to remember ho to navigate Pedregal - Call your own Uber. Taxis organized by the neighborhood security are super inflated - One of the 6 bedrooms is completely detached/ just off the garage

Beautiful Getaway

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful home and neighborhood. The only minor critique I have on the property is that of the 6 bedrooms, the casita's location is not ideal on the property and the amenities for that room (view/ambiance, etc) don't match the rest of the accommodations. I think that should have been made more clear in the listing.

FANTASTIC PROPERTY

By looking at the photos we all expected that this would be a beautiful place but it was WAY beyond our exceptions. It was GORGEOUS and so well stocked. The maid was sweet and while she was working she was never in our way. The community was AMAZING. Stone streets, tropical flowers and vegetation. The views and the sunsets were breathtaking. Will will DEFINITELY rent this property again. It is close to the beach, marina, shopping and restaurants too.

This house is even better than the pics. We loved the location and the pool. We walked daily to the city and usually Ubered back because it is a big hill. The only complaint is that it’s advertised as 6 bedrooms but one bedroom is outside the home on street level by the garage. Not ideal with families and kids but we made it work and loved the house. Diana, the housekeeper was a huge added bonus. Great vacation!

Cabo Wedding celebration

My new bride and I arrived a few days early to relax after getting married in the states. our mixed family of 5 each brought a friend and when they arrived at the house their jaws dropped at its beauty. Everything is perfect ! House keeper was amazing touch that added to the special 10 days. The house was a sanctuary to the craziness Cabo offers. The house and the pool and all of the amenities were 10 out of 10. We had groceries delivered per the owners suggestions along with the chartered yacht service and private chef ( all suggestions from the owner) amazing ! Don't hesitate to rent - Just do it and enjoy all they suggest.

This house was flawless and the perfect size for our group of 8. The house is equipped with everything you need. The pictures definitely don't do it justice. The view is stunning and we even saw whales breaching while having our morning coffee. Can't wait to come back!

Enchanting and impressive!

This was our first visit to Mexico and it was such a pleasant surprise. The villa was excellent, high up on the hill with a great view. The housekeeper was fabulous and looked after everything so we didn't have to worry. The property was spotlessly clean, spacious and very modern, spacious and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay!

Spectacular Pedregal!

Villa Helena is a beautiful villa with one of the best views in Cabo! The property has everything you would ever need, even better than home. Whale watching from the hot tub & pool!! If you like to walk the beach is about 10 mins away, no swimming but amazing waves crashing in. San Lucas in a 20 min walk with some challenging hills, but Uber is there if you need it. The Hosts area responsive to any questions and we took their recommendation to have a grocery delivery to have a stock ready for when we arrived. We also had a chef cook for us most nights, with 11 people it was much more practical than restaurants and why leave this gorgeous villa and location!!

Birthday Getaway

A beautiful and safe oasis for 7 of us celebrating our girlfriends 40th birthday. It offered the serenity of our own pool & hot tub, while the walk to the beach was a terrific morning workout. With our own private chef in the group, the kitchen provided all he needed to make meals. The housekeeper kept everything very tidy & the property managers were very prompt to respond to any questions! 10/10 can't wait to book again!

Cabo Fun at Villa Helena

What a great stay at Villa Helena! We enjoyed the cooler 78 degree days and 65 nights. The house is spectacular and lives up to the pics and reviews. Both the pool and jacuzzi are heated and easy to operate. The housekeeper is there every day making beds keeping everything clean and is very nice. We even watched the whales from our pool jumping and smacking their tails in the ocean. You won’t be disappointed in this VRBO!

The pictures of this place don’t do it justice. Beautiful house and beautiful view. Had an amazing friend trip. Hired the recommended chefs and massage therapists. All very nice and amazing food and massages. We can’t wait to come back again. Great place.

The best house ever... absolutely AMAZING!!!!

If I could give this 10 stars I would!! Do Not hesitate to book this property.... we did not want to leave!! It's beautiful, has everything you could ever need and more. Beds are comfortable, showers are great, the view.... it was surreal. Absolute perfection and could not have been better! Daily house cleaner was HUGE.... it's in a gated community so very safe, there is pickleball courts and easy walk to beach. We had 7 adults but could easily fit 10-12. I rarely stay at the same place twice but I literally cannot wait to stay here again.

Wonderful Family Oasis

This home lived up to all of the pictures and the description. The daily housekeeping made the home feel like a true resort. The bedrooms are comfortable, well appointed, and spacious.
