MonteCristo Estates Private villa on Sunset Beach

Double gated 5 star resort and villa, daily maid and concierge service.

I have managed the owners facebook page for MonteCristo fractional and points owners since its creation on January 12, 2010.

We currently have over 1500 owner members and if I can't get you the dates you want I have connections to someone who can so just contact me.

Personally I have up to 62 nights available in 2019 ($486/nt for first 7 nights and $450 each additional night over 7). 31 of those nights are guaranteed in Villa 15 between July 16 and August 15 inclusive. The other nights I have guaranteed currently include Mar/24/2019 - Apr/16/2019 for 23 nights and Feb/18/2019 - Feb/26/2019 for 8 nights. The villa depends on availability but I have exceptionally good connections in that department to pick a great villa.

If these nights don't work for you then for an additional $200 fee I can likely get you any 7 day period you like either directly thru the resort (the $200 fee is an additional resort reservation doesn't go to me),

Villa 15 is in the top 2 rows of villas which arguably is not only the most private section of the entire resort but has some of the best views. However, all villas have a stunning view of the ocean and Golf Course in this double gated section of the Pueblo Bonito resort complex. Nice walk down to the beach or call for a shuttle at any time. Free bus runs from the resort into town on the hour. Large fully equipped kitchen, private hot tub, high speed wifi and private infinity pool all included.

These prices are very close to the current maintenance fees charged by the resort but on occasion some owners will offer days below maintenance cost. If you mention this ad when you join the Montecristo Estates owners facebook group I will immediately add you to the private group where you can publicly post requests with other owner/members. Just keep in mind that I can't possibly confirm/guarantee all owners are real. However, I have never received a complaint of someone being ripped off who booked from my FB owners group. Contact the resort reservations directly to confirm an owner is real if there is any doubt.
