The apartment is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo, and Patio access located directly on the beach. Check out the pictures! The apartment is safe (night security and daily condo stuff), quiet, family/couple-friendly, and within walking distance to shopping, and restaurants. 🏝
🏝 I want to introduce to you our sunny apartment in Cabarete East. Open beach right in front of you. Directly access to the beach from your terrace. You can get a sunrise view right from the master bedroom daily and an incredibly fantastic ocean view.

Wake up daily with the early sunrise and relax the whole day on the terrace or front beach, watching and listening to the ocean. Our apartment has a 20 square meters terrace, and the full size is over 110m2.

At the apartment sleeps up to 7 people and is flexible and suitable for friends and especially families, with:
Master bedroom (air-conditioned) - king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, AC
Second bedroom - queen-sized bed with fan, adjoining bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer.
Sofas in the living room with AC can sleep, and three additional people
AC unit is situated in the Master bedroom and living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a blender.

It is an app. 25-minute walk to the main strip with local bars and restaurants or 3 minutes by car (2,2 km to Janet's Super Market). If you wish to rent a car, the condo has a free parking place for each apartment.

We can arrange airport pick up and drop off - just let us know in advance. We will have a driver waiting for you with a sign. Ask for a price in the message.

Information for Kiteboarders:

Location - Our apartment is in the opposite direction of Kitebeach (East - towards La Boca). You can certainly head down to Kite Beach (recommend taking a moto - we can arrange it for you - as it would be a bit of a walk) - however, there is no need as we have * FABULOUS* Kiting right in front of the Residencial Mananero.
Catch the wind and launch it from the beach. The waves can be more massive, so this spot we do not recommend for beginners - but competent intermediates will have no trouble. If you can kite upwind, it will take approx. Twenty minutes to get up to the river (La Boca), where you can kite on flat water. Another option is to kite downwind to Kite Beach or Encuentro and take a moto back to the condo. Moto one-way cost app. 70-100 DOP.

Our rates include weekly maid service for stays of a week or more.

For more extended stays, cleaning of 1 x per week is included. You can also ask for daily cleansing at a special rate.

🏝 Direct front beach access allows you to walk on an empty beach whenever you want. The kitchen is fully equipped, 2 AC´s are available, and fans also. This place is perfect. If you prefer quiet, calm and luxury living with a spectacular view, the best place for kitesurfing, windsurf, paddleboarding, watersports, beach volleyball, walking on the sand, etc.
