'There isnt anyone working at the front desk, seems to be no staff on site but they are accessible by phone/text. Only 6 parking spots for all of the hotel. We had to park on the street since its first come first serve '

'The staff was very friendly! We were from several states away and appreciated the helpful suggestions. The beds were very comfy and everything was very clean. The area is walkable with several shops, restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back if we ever get back here again.'

'Prima hotel als uitvalsbasis in en om Buffalo. Dichtbij metro en bus om downtown te komen. Er is ook een gratis shuttle van het hotel. Hotel is omgeven door het ziekenhuis dus niet heel sfeervol. Onze kamer zat aan de achterkant waardoor wel wat geluid van de ventilatie hoorbaar was. Maar met raam dicht gaf dit geen overlast. Enige minpunt was het ontbijt. Dit was erg karig. Er was weinig keuze en wat er te kiezen was, was al grotendeels op om 8:30 en werd niet meer bijgevuld. '

'We had an excellent visit to Best Western On The Avenue! The front desk staff were lovely upon arrival and check-in was a breeze. We were very pleasantly surprised with the Jetted Tub room where the Whirlpool hot tub was clean and functioned perfectly. The bathroom was ideal with a large shower, mirrors and a very unique red light bulb option. The Keurig, microwave and fridge in room were great amenities. The hotel was walking distance from plenty of bars and restaurants on beautiful Allen St....

'Conveniently located. Check in was very easy with regular communication. Very pleasant stay and a nice convenient breakfast with a good assortment in the morning. 'The Richardson is a wonderful hotel. It is a magnificent building and spending time on the lower level to learn about it's past it fascinating. If you can book a hard hat tour while you are there that is even more incredible. The staff was helpful and thoughtful. The grounds are incredible, spend time wandering in and outside. Take the "historic stair." Few aspects of the hotel are not great. It is "cashless" meaning they cannot change large bills in case you would like to tip services. Our...

'The check in was easy and painless with a friendly attendant. The room was clean, well appointed, and had everything we needed and wanted. Parking was ample, free, and adjacent to the hotel. The breakfast was plentiful, with various options, and the breakfast staff was friendly and welcoming. The local area had an abundance of restaurants, gas stations, and a large shopping mall. Easy access to downtown Buffalo, the BUF airport, and highway options to get to Niagara Falls.'
