'So, we booked this about an hour ahead of being there. When we showed up, the office was closed. There was a sign on the door addressed to another guest and a phone number on the closed sign. Called the number and the owner of the property answered and apologized that he did not see the reservation come in and was away from the property. He asked us to wait 30 minutes so he could return to check us in. It got mostly better from there. Check in was pleasant and the owner was very apologetic...

'The staff was either incompetent or rude. No one to help with bags. After asking to have the room cleaned and being told it would be cleaned in a few minutes; it still had not been cleaned 2and a half hours later. No full length mirrors anywhere. The safe was unreachable if you were short. Some of my friends rooms did not have hot water. My friend had a mani/pedi appointment. They took her 40 minutes late. She could only have one service. Wish I had saved the money and stayed at the Marriott.'

'This property is beautiful. I especially enjoyed the grounds of the place. A hidden trove with beautiful cabins lush greenery all-around. The river is hidden behind the cabins so you can fly fish. We did the train car rails, through the forest, and it was so much fun.'

'The interior of our room was very clean. The automated entry system worked fine. The sound-proofing of the room was quite good, given that the hotel is on a pretty busy stretch of road. 'Laat ik beginnen met het enige wat niet goed was, dat was het extra (derde) uitklap bank/bed. Comfort van extra het bed is slecht. Nadeel is dat er geen raam open kan in de kamer. Verder een erg mooi hotel. De kamers zijn ruim en mooi ingericht. Fijn dat er een complete keuken aanwezig is. Ook is er een mooi zwembad. Hotel ligt naast winkels en shopping mall. Dus goed voor shoppers.'

'The property needs curtains or shades. As soon as the sun starts to come up, you have little option but to awaken to the sun beaming in your face. Also, both sink faucets delivered hot water; there was no cold water to brush teeth. Same in the shower - super hot. Lastly, we wanted to watch World Cup - and while the TV would turn on, either the remote to the Roku was dead or needed new batteries. All in all, too many issues for a nice boutique hotel.'
