It’s the perfect place for a family getaway, a romantic weekend, or a comfortable business stay. Just a short walk away you’ll find the Old Town, Opera Nova, and the scenic Brda River with its cozy cafes and charming waterfront promenades.

The apartment is designed with care and attention to detail—light wooden finishes, soft textiles, and warm, neutral colors create a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Guests have access to two private bedrooms with comfortable beds, a living room with a sofa bed and a large TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and coffee machine. Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make it an excellent choice for remote work. A cozy balcony with a small table is perfect for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

Thanks to its central location, everything is within walking distance—whether it’s a stroll through the Old Town or an evening performance at the opera. Public transport stops are right next to the building. Free parking is available directly under the building (subject to availability), and if all spots are taken, paid public parking is available nearby on weekdays.
