Villa Olika (Istria - Buzet)

Casa Olika, a pet-friendly house for 8 people is located in a small village near the town of Buzet. It offers its guests two pools, an indoor and an outdoor pool.In another building on the property, there is a garage and a tavern owned by the same owner. This building is locked and not in use. Guests have complete privacy on the property.In the fully fenced yard, guests have access to an outdoor infinity pool with hydro massage and beautiful views of the surrounding hills and Učka, the highest peak in Istria. Guests can enjoy the covered seating area, barbecue, sun loungers, and multiple covered parking spaces.Inside the yard, exclusively for Casa Olika guests during the summer months, there is a vegetable garden with an abundance of organic vegetables. By arrangement with the owner, it is possible to visit the OPG Krbavčić olive grove and engage in pruning, olive picking, or simply enjoy a picnic in the olive grove with a tasting of OPG Krbavčić products.The Buzet area is suitable for active holidays as it is crossed by numerous hiking and biking trails, and there is a paragliding takeoff site nearby, as well as climbing rocks and numerous other options for day trips. Buzet is known for Istrian truffles, a delicacy offered by local taverns.Casa Olika for 8 people consists of a living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, two rooms with two single beds, and two bathrooms.In a separate part of the ground floor, which can be accessed by stairs from the inside or through doors directly from the outside, there is an indoor pool with hydro massage and the possibility of heating the water. There is also a relaxation area with loungers and a wine fridge offering local wines, as well as a separate toilet.NOTE: The indoor pool can be heated for an additional charge of €70 per week. The indoor pool is available throughout the year.Groups of young people under the age of 26 are not allowed.
