The house was built in the 30th year, and is located in the old part of the town of Roč within the walls of the 13th century. It is great for using bicycles because it is quiet and full of paths. Thirty kilometers away is the sea and you can meet very beautiful beaches such as: Opatija, Medveja, Mošćenička Draga, Rabac .... Istria abounds in wineries, historical sites, good inns with homemade food.
For a great supply of groceries you can visit the town of Buzet which is a few kilometers away, but Roč has its own shop which is well stocked.
The summer period WITHOUT HEATING is from May 1. until 1.11. The start of heating is 2.11. until 30.4.
