This cozy vacation home, available for rent year-round, has been comfortably furnished with great care.
The house is equipped as follows
The living room features a cozy seating area. The dining area, the TV with satellite reception, and a stereo system are also located in the living room.
2 bedrooms with a total of 4 sleeping accommodations. (1 double bed with 2 separate mattresses, and in the other bedroom, 1 sofa bed for 2 people)
The kitchen features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an electric stove with a ceramic cooktop, a kettle, dishes, glasses, and pots. The house also has a bathroom with a shower.
Outside, you’ll find patio furniture with cushions and a lawn where the children and the dog can play.

The vacation home is located in a quiet vacation home community, about 100 m behind the dike and about
5 minutes from the North Sea.

Tossens Baby Beach
Germany’s first baby beach

Families with toddlers are particularly important to the Butjadingen North Sea peninsula. That gave us the idea to set up a baby beach that takes the special needs of the little ones into account.

So a 250-square-meter beach area with the finest sand was created and enclosed with glass elements to provide shelter from the wind. To reduce sun exposure, two large sun shades provide ample shade, as the very youngest children are particularly
sensitive to wind and sun. Beach chairs are also set up to create a pleasant atmosphere.
