Florian was amazingly friendly and a lot of fun to talk with. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. The morning breakfast they prepared was delicious and beyond all expectations. Sinaia is beautiful and this hotel is the crown jewel to top it all off. '

'Nice place, cozy, big room and bathroom, free parking on site, but.. the receptionist had some issues! First, she was very upset about the internet speed that she had to work with (not my problem!), then she asked me how I would like to pay (everything was already paid for since the reservation was made!) and top of all was in the morning when she told me she had to wait for 20 minutes because I was late for breakfast (what else beside smoking and drinking coffee did she have to do, anyway?)'

'Great location overlooking the old town square. Very helpful staff allowed early arrival and an early weekend breakfast before our tour. Room 3 was a little noisy, less from the street than from the window to the courtyard with other rooms close by. We never had hot water for the shower, it only became warm after several minutes.'

'L'appartement est très bien localisé et dans un quartier calme. L'appartement est propre et spatieux, mais un peu humide. Le matelat n'est pas du tout confortable. La communication de la part des propriétaires concernant l'accès à l'apparement (code d'accès, etc.) avant l'arrivée mérite d'amélioration. '
