The Space:
Designed for effortless beachside living, this spacious two-level villa offers a welcoming retreat where families and groups can unwind after days spent exploring Geographe Bay.

Upstairs, the loft-style open-plan layout combines the living area and primary bedroom into one bright, airy space. Comfortable lounges, a cosy seating nook, and a TV create inviting spaces to unwind, while soaring ceilings and large windows fill the room with natural light and tranquil leafy views. Step onto the private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink surrounded by the treetops. The king bed and direct access to the ensuite complete the retreat, where a walk-in shower provides a refreshing start or end to the day.

Downstairs, the fully equipped kitchen boasts quality appliances and all the essentials for effortless home-cooked meals. Gather around the six-seater dining table, or take the meal outside to the private courtyard for alfresco dining. This level also features two enclosed bedrooms, a queen room and a twin room with two single beds, serviced by the main bathroom, complete with a freestanding bathtub and separate walk-in shower.

A private laundry with a washing machine adds convenience for longer stays, while off-street parking for up to four vehicles makes coming and going easy. With Geographe Bay directly across the road and Dunsborough's scenic foreshore path just moments away, you're perfectly positioned to enjoy morning swims, waterfront walks, and everything the South West has to offer.

Central air conditioning and heating ensure year-round comfort. Off-street parking is available for up to four vehicles. Please note that the upstairs primary bedroom is open-plan and not fully enclosed, with no door separating it from the upstairs living area. This home is Villa 1 within the Whitesands complex.

Important notice: Construction works are ongoing in the surrounding area and are expected to continue until early 2027. Guests should expect construction noise during working hours throughout this period. Kindly consider this before making your booking. Thank you.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire villa to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

The Neighborhood:
This property enjoys an unbeatable coastal position directly across the road from the calm waters of Geographe Bay.

Guests can simply stroll across to the beach for morning swims, paddleboarding, sunset walks, or relaxed days by the shoreline. The foreshore path also offers an easy walk or cycle into Dunsborough town centre, where you’ll find boutique shopping, cafés, restaurants, local markets, and everyday essentials.

Set within one of the South West’s most sought-after coastal regions, the property also provides convenient access to nearby wineries, breweries, surf beaches, walking trails, and natural attractions throughout the Margaret River region.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended for exploring Dunsborough and the wider Margaret River region. The scenic foreshore path directly opposite the villa also offers an easy walk or cycle into Dunsborough town, with cafés, restaurants, shops, and the beach all within easy reach.

Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints:
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.
We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.


School Leavers:
We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.


Rental Agreement
As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement prior to arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.


Pet Policy
This property is not pet-friendly, and pets are not permitted on the premises at any time. Any unauthorised pets may result in additional cleaning fees and/or breach of booking terms.


Other Notes:
This property is part of the Whitesands complex, with additional villas also managed on-site. Ideal for group stays or larger family bookings (subject to availability).

Please note that while this booking channel does not count infants towards the total number of guests, local permit regulations require infants to be included in the property's maximum occupancy. When making your booking, please ensure infants are included in your total number of guests.

Bookings that exceed the property's maximum occupancy, including infants, will need to be amended or cancelled.
