Step inside to find a bright and airy open-plan living, kitchen, and dining space, complete with a large Smart TV and reverse cycle air-conditioning. The fully self-contained kitchen includes a dishwasher – a rare luxury in a cabin stay – along with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals at home.

The master bedroom features a queen bed and a unique private ensuite with shower and toilet, while the second bedroom offers a cosy double bed. A family bathroom is located in the adjacent brick amenities building, exclusively for guest use, and includes a separate shower and toilet, plus a washer and dryer for added convenience.

Located within the family-friendly Geographe Bay Holiday Park, guests have access to fantastic shared facilities including a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and kids’ splash pool, children’s playgrounds, a games room, and tennis courts. When it’s time to eat out or enjoy a drink, you're just a short walk from the popular Tonic by the Bay bar and restaurant, perfect for sunset dining by the beach.

- $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection. 
- ID of the primary guest is required prior to check-in.
- Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.

This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
