This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, second floor villa with one of the bedrooms as mezzanine , is located within the Cape View Resort complex and is right on the beach to the sparkling waters of Geographe Bay and a 10 minute drive to the Busselton Jetty, City shopping and food precinct.

Self contained accommodation including kitchen, dining and living area with reverse cycle air-conditioning in every room, modern kitchen, walk-in robe to main bedroom, bathroom to main bathroom has an enormous spa to relax, balcony area with view over the resort facilities, and a very close proximity to the beach.

The unit is fully self contained with all linen and towels provided along with tea and coffee facilities, full kitchen with full kitchen utensils, and laundry facility with washer and dryer.

Smart TVs in the main living.

All bed linen and bath towels are provided for the number of guests booked which is supplied by a professional linen company.

Geographe Holiday Homes is an independent, locally family owned and managed business within the Geographe Bay area, supporting the local community.

- Master has 1 queen with large private ensuite with spa and separate shower.
- Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds
- Bedroom 3 is a large mezzanine area with 1 queen and 2 single beds
- Family bathroom has a shower and laundry facilities
- Separate guest toilet

Additional note:
- $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection. 
- ID of the primary guest is required prior to check-in.
- Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.

This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
